BASH

Building Artists, Talent, Brands, Stories, and Culture.

A letter from the story so far.

BASH started with a conversation between two people who believed in each other before the world did.

There was no grand strategy. No investors. No roadmap.

Just belief.

Belief in talent. Belief in character. Belief in something we couldn't fully articulate yet — but we could feel.

I remember driving down Rodeo after my agency job with no gas in my car because I hadn't been paid yet.

I remember calling Chiderah to pick me up.

I remember sleeping on his couch because I didn't have money to pay rent.

Those early days weren't glamorous.

But they were honest.

At one point he told me,

"I'm not looping you into these emails until you build your own thing."

And then the name came.

BASH.

The name stuck not because it sounded cool, but because it represented ownership.

It represented stepping into something of our own.

From there, it was hustle.

Walking into every room with the Hierarchy trailer cut up on our phones.

No fancy decks.

No gatekeepers.

Just one ask:

Press play.

We carried that trailer into rooms for months.

Eventually, the doors started opening.

The independent crime thriller we had been carrying into rooms on our phones — Hierarchy — eventually became a global hit, landing in Netflix's Global Top 10.

For us, that moment meant more than a ranking.

It was proof that independent storytelling — built on belief, collaboration, and relentless persistence — could travel across borders and reach audiences around the world.

But that moment didn't just open doors for the film.

It expanded the horizon of what BASH could become.

Along the way, the company itself began expanding — not out of ambition alone, but out of curiosity and a desire to better serve the people we collaborate with.

What started as a talent management company slowly evolved into something larger.

Today, BASH is a platform for building talent, brands, stories, and culture.

As our world expanded, so did the range of voices we chose to champion — from filmmakers and musicians to digital creators, cultural voices, and emerging storytellers across disciplines.

The work grew alongside them.

The mediums evolved.

But the instinct stayed the same.

That same storytelling instinct that guided our films and talent development began shaping cultural campaigns and collaborations with brands like Cash App, Mountain Dew, Warner Bros., and others.

Different mediums.

Same belief in story.

But the most important thing is this:

We never stopped betting on people.

We discovered directors early.

We developed talent before they were obvious.

We invested in voices when they were still forming.

Because at BASH, we don't chase trends or attention.

We curate and invest in character.

Someone once told me — maybe it was my grandma, maybe it was my dad —

"Dime con quién te juntas y yo te digo quién eres."

Tell me who you surround yourself with, and I'll tell you who you are.

The people around me inspire the truth out of me.

The team has been building for years now.

And the truth is — we haven't even scratched the surface.

Everything we've built — every vertical, every capability, every expansion — didn't come from ego.

It came from curiosity.

It came from service.

It came from asking a simple question:

If we can support the people we believe in more deeply… why wouldn't we?

And through it all, three values anchored us:

Faith.

Process.

Power.

Faith when there was no gas in the tank.

Process when there were no shortcuts.

Power — not as dominance, but as responsibility.

The power to build platforms.

The power to amplify stories.

The power to create rooms instead of waiting to be invited into them.

BASH is not just a company.

It's belief under pressure.

It's friendship turned infrastructure.

It's talent developed with intention.

It's resilience turned into ownership.

We started with character.

We're still building the same way.

And we're just getting started.
